Wedding & Reception Information

For Groups Over 100 Guests

$1650.00 (average price)

Includes:

Rental of the entire clubhouse (all 3 floors, deck & patio areas) for entire length of reception until midnight.

Unlimited FREE soft drinks, tea, water, and coffee for all guests, all evening.

Use of tables and chairs for majority of the guests.

Ivory or Black (or both) linens for the majority of tables.

Furniture arrangement and set up done by Cobblestone Creek as decided upon by Kelly Long and bride/groom/family of the event.  If a large amount of extra tables/chairs are rented/moved, an additional charge of $75.00 may be charged.

Extra tables such as guest book, gift, picture, DJ, and cake w/ linens.

Golf discounts:  2 play 9 or 18 holes for free (excluding cart), the rest of the “group” will receive 20% off current green fees (excluding cart). Bride and Groom receive 15% off in the pro shop on apparel, gloves, balls, etc.

Use of the golf course for a formal bridal portrait or engagement portrait.  Kelly Long must approve time and location at least 2 weeks prior to photo shoot.

Kelly Long of Cobblestone Creek places any rental orders for additional tables, chairs, linens, arches, etc. Orders are placed with “All About Weddings”/Judina Freeman. We receive special privileges (like early set up), plus a 10% discount that is passed to the client.

Additional Services & Costs

Weddings can take place at two locations on the property.

1. 1) Directly west of the clubhouse. This area is provided with rental of the facility. The only extra charges that could incur would be rental of additional chairs, arches, etc. 
   

2. 2) Fairway SW of Hole #4. There is only one area that is designated for a ceremony due to water lines, etc. The cost for this area ranges between $800.00-$1000.00 for an evening ceremony (7:00 pm or later) . Prices differ with seasons. Please contact Kelly Long to view the area or to check prices.
   

We can reserve a live band, string quartet, soloist, or DJ for your event.  DJ prices begin at $450.00 for 3 ½ hours and go up from there. Live bands and other musical groups or soloists have a broad price range. Please inquire for specific pricing. 

Complete floral service is available. Cobblestone Creek and Poppy Lane Design can provide your entire wedding party and the reception with beautiful and unique floral arrangements, bouquets, etc. Pricing varies according to flower type, season, and quantity.  Poppylanedesign can also provide JUST the wedding reception flowers. We can do fresh floral arrangements for all or some of the dining tables, fireplace mantles, and columns on the porch, stairways, and much more.  Many of our fine decorative fabrics  can be incorporated on the guest and food tables. Beautiful wrought iron and pewter candelabras, glass hurricanes, votive candles, and many more items can be used to help make each wedding or reception unique and beautiful. Cobblestone Creek can handle every aspect of your wedding and/or reception. We can be involved from the very beginning, in every area, or we can supply the facility and food/beverages. Prices may vary depending on the amount of involvement, season, special requests, etc.

Tents may be rented/used and placed on certain areas of the property. Tents can seat groups from 10 guests up to 400 guests. Tents can serve as a ceremony area, dining/reception area, or both. Prices of tents vary depending on what they are used for, type of tent, color, etc. Tents are rented/provided by “All About Weddings”. All tent orders are to be placed through Kelly Long at Cobblestone Creek. This ensures all aspects are taken care of and proper licenses, etc. are obtained.

Valet Parking and Parking Attendants are available upon request.  Starting at $35.00 per hour  depending on number of valets, etc. 

Complete Wedding Coordinator services are available. A private appointment with Kelly Long is required to check date, availability, etc. Prices vary with size of wedding, reception, and duties performed.

Abbey Road Catering Company of Norman, Oklahoma, provides all catering services. This company is owned and operated by Kris Abbey. The main kitchen is located at Cobblestone Creek Golf Club. No outside caterers or food may be brought in. Abbey Road can arrange for ice sculptures, chocolate fountains and more. Abbey Road provides a wide range of food, beautiful serving pieces, and impeccable staff services. Wedding cakes may be brought in from Cobblestone Creek’s list of approved vendors. Current PREFERRED VENDORS are Ruth’s Sweete Justice (405-879-CAKE) and Amy Cakes (www.getamycakes.com).

Outside liquor/wine/beer may not be brought in. Cobblestone Creek maintains a liquor license, which prohibits outside alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Cobblestone Creek offers a great selection of house wines, champagnes, liquor, imported and domestic beer (both draft and bottled). Beer can be ordered by the keg or bottle for wedding receptions/parties. Other wines may be ordered by special request. The Abbey Road staff provides Bartending services, and charges for this staff will be included in the invoice from Abbey Road.
